With the diversity of membership groups, GHAMFIN has subsequently amended its constitution to have Apex bodies form the GHAMFIN Council and the members of the apex bodies become members of GHAMFIN thus GHAMFIN becomes the first tier network of the Apex bodies, which represent their individual members. In this regard GHAMFIN will speak as one voice for the microfinance industry.
